  21. the same SCSI bus?

  23. Theoretically, it's possible (I've done it), but the two controllers will 
  24. not normally cooperate so you end up with a lot of (non-repeatable) 
  25. checksum errors on any drive in the system.

  27. Note, to make this work the A3000 has to have the SCSI ID of its host 
  28. adapter changed.  Programs, like SCSIPrefs, exist to do this.

  30. If you could make the 3000 and the GVP play nice together, it would work, 
  31. but I don't know of any software or drivers that would make this possible 
  32. (anyone with news on how to do this, with the 3000 native controller, I 
  33. am VERY interested).
